Prof. K.C. Shashidhar is a professional Coach and Mentor. His current assignment includes coaching PayFX Fintech Solutions (India), a Neo Bank offering International Remittance Services and Global Welfare Foundation- a charitable trust located in Bengaluru.

He is an Adjunct Professor at the Jankidevi Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, India and also the Principal Advisor of the Centre for Policy Research in the Institute He also serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board Edulight Learning Services, Mumbai, India backed up with more than 35 years of experience in the field of management of innovative projects.

An Economist by profession, Shri Shashidhar has held top management positions in the Exchange Control Dept., Reserve Bank of India and NABARD, the apex Development Bank of India. He has also served on the Board of various banks and on Committees of the Govt. of India.

Prof. Shashidhar holds a First Class Degree in Economics from the University of Mumbai. He has completed Advance Training in Knowledge Management at IIM, Ahmedabad and MDI , Gurgaon. He has completed a course in Small and Mircro-enterprises at the Cranfield School of Management, UK. In the areas of Risk Management he has been trained extensively in Brussels, France, Germany and at the University of Vienna, Austria.

He is an alumni of IIM, Ahmedabad where he undertook a research project on “Principal-Agent Relationship� along with Prof. Ravindra Dholakia. He is an Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.

Prof. Shashidhar has published a number of documents, relating to the Potential Credit Plans for various districts of our country and also State Potential Plans, in his official capacity. He has also published articles in various Conference Journals of Universities and Colleges in India.

Prof. Shashidhar has been a regular Visiting Faculty of various Training Colleges of banks and financial institutions in India. He has also lectured at the UGC Sponsored Faculty Development Programmes, various National and International Conferences, Seminars, Workshops etc.

Dr. Iswarya Sriram

She holds a Ph.D on the Management of Foreign exchange business, remittance, exports/ imports operations and risk exposures. She has also published articles 4 SCOPUS and 14 in other index journals and has a h-index of 1 (SCOPUS) and h index 2 (Google scholar) with a citation of 11 since 2018.

She has also done exhaustive research in the area of social engineering attack in online financial services, FOOD app technology, banking services etc. Has experience and knowledge in banking sector on their trade accounts on operational and management functionality and experience on handling and negotiating LC, Forward covers , BG, credit risk etc.

She has ventured into cross-selling of financial banking product and procured best product knowledge. She also posses 42 months of experience in Foreign exchange AD remittance, business development of Tamilnadu cluster Wholesale foreign exchange trade, Dealing room trading and credit risk operational management. She is a very keen achiever on the target and beyond.

Result focused, seasoned and a versatile professional with overall experience spanning 10+ years in Retail Forex and International Remittance Verticals; have progressed from a front line executive to become a Profit Centre Head. Proven ability to apply strong interpersonal skills, communications skills, and analytical capabilities to understand customer’s needs and deliver customer support that exceeds their expectations.

Holds stupendous knowledge of the FX industry; have keep updated with the product knowledge, latest trends, new launches and regulatory guidelines including FEMA, KYC & AML.
